On the second page, you will be provided a list of business entity names that is closely similar and related to the one you have entered.

This method will allow you to search for a business entity based on the city where it is located or operating. Using this method can lead to multiple results because of the general information you can in the city.

After filling up all the necessary information, a system-generated list will appear on this page, providing all the results of business entities that are located, formed, and operating within the city you entered.

Search by Organizational ID/Filing Number
Step 1
This method is the most filtered type since businesses are endowed with unique filing numbers. By entering the correct filing number of a particular business entity, there is a higher chance that the system will load the one result.
First, navigate on the same Idaho Secretary of State web page. Then, enter the filing number on the blank field and click “Search” to generate results.
Step 2
If you have entered the correct filing number, the system should generate only one result. If that’s the case, simply click the heading of the result to load detailed information of the file.
Search by Registered Agent Information
