Simply navigate to the Business Division page of the Wyoming Secretary of State page to begin the search. Another type of search, specifically filing of annual reports is also available on this page. The option is located at the top right corner of the page. There are also options located at the bottom left corner of the page which includes additional details, history, public notes, and parties.
Search By Filing ID
Same as the first step mentioned above, navigate on the webpage linked to the previous method. On the same page, you will fill out the second field available which is located below the filing name required field.
If you have entered the correct number, there should only be one available result that will appear on this page. This is given that you provided a specific filing ID on the previous step. If you have entered the wrong number the system will not generate the correct result. But if you do, simply click the business name to proceed and generate further information.
Same as the last step on the previous method stated above, you will be routed to another page to perform the last step. This page will generate detailed information about the selected business.
